Sometimes the smallest signals bring the biggest encouragement.
I quietly published my first Kindle book — A Smart Way to Convert to a Roth IRA Without Missing Market Gains — with no expectations. After a few days of soft promotion, I moved on and almost forgot about it.
But today, something unexpected happened
I logged into Amazon just to check my reports — and saw that a new sale had quietly come through about a week ago. No fanfare. Just a number in a report.
But that number felt like a light turning back on.
A Small Yet Meaningful Milestone
For a brief time, the book even ranked #5 on Kindle search for “Roth Conversion” and reached #12 on the Amazon app under related categories. Modest, yes — but meaningful.
It reminded me that even evergreen topics like Roth conversions can still connect, quietly and steadily, when planted with care.
To the first reader: thank you.
To those considering the book: I hope it adds value to your journey.

This small spark is enough to fuel the next chapter — literally.
Book 2 is already in motion.
With gratitude,

A Special Note About Early Copies
If you’ve picked up one of the very first print editions of A Smart Way to Convert to a Roth IRA Without Missing Market Gains, you might notice something a bit different…
The back cover shows the original working title: Without Sitting in Cash. This was before we finalized the book’s official name.
